there is no embargo or import stop on, amongst others, pet supplies.
and i am sure the company who makes them, will not destroy the collars. but just flog them somewhere else.
what they don't say,neither on Amazon or any other site except ONE that i found, should your dog love to swim outdoors, or gets a full bath without removing the collar, -useful for - is reduced by nearly half time...

and ticks are not necessary -falling down - from Bushes or trees. that is a fallacy non dog owners believe.
