    Where can you get the best rate for currency exchange in Tver or Moscow? Legal options only.

    It varies but usually the best rates are at the private exchange outlets. Usually there are one or two near the metros. I go to several near Dinamo and Polezhaevskaya metro stations and compare rates.

    Well, it would be a trip for us to go to Moscow. Sounds like there's no point because Sberbank will probably give us about as good a rate as anyone. I was hoping you guys had some sneaky insider info that we could use.

    You probably can find something like that in your city.
