I'm not justifying anything, but I'm wondering how much this guy was bullied in his high school. Also be nice to know if he was taking any psychotropic drugs, but they will hide that information.

I went for a job interview at the local high school (to run their computer systems). At one point, the superintendent asked me, "If you knew a student was doing something wrong, would you come to us first?" (Huh??) I stammered, said something about my niece uncovering corruption at the hospital she worked at. That question really bothered me. Later on, I got it - the school authorities don't want you reporting about illegal activity in the school, they cover it up.
