Several inquiries have narrowed down to a means of transfer of currencies. Here are some ideas and methods:

You or your representative receive rubles via Russian inter-bank or intra-bank transfers. Example: English husband wants rubles deposited in his Russian wife's Seberbank ruble account.

I receive equivalent hard currency from western inter-bank transfer, via expensive SWIFT, or several less expensive to free means in the three hard currencies listed.

Example of no cost transfer: Via UK Sort, English husband transfers equivalent pounds sterling into my Revolut pound account.

I also may receive no cost euros via SEPA to my Revolut euro account.

And dollars via Zelle to my USAA dollar bank account.

My wise accounts may also receive.

There are other transfer methods as well.
