Moscow new ways of -above ground -public transport -

i would assume the original is in Russian Language. just click on -OREANDA-NEWS - suppose it will be there. at first only in the South and central district.
ONE -social -Bus runs out here in the North and Northwest District already since 1 year - C11- from Strogino stops at every Poliklinik or Hospital,School, pension fund office, Moi Dokumente, and goes to Mitino, with no stops on the MKAD to the Klinik that is the only one out here that is allowed to do -Med Knishki-. It has a written timetable and ,oh surprise, the bus also is punctually...

OREANDA-NEWS. Already on November 20, a new "Magistral" is being launched in Moscow - this is a large-scale project that will completely change the operation of ground public transport. The numbering of buses will change, some of them will run more often, and some, on the contrary, will be taken out of the schedule.

Experts expect that all this will help optimize the route network: remove unclaimed transport and add transport on those streets where passengers especially need it. At the first stage, the changes will affect the Southern and Central districts of the capital.

"200 routes, which will receive updated routes tomorrow, are divided into three types: the first type is main routes, there will be about 40 of them. Their task is to walk in an interval of up to 10 minutes to operate on the busiest highways. The second type is regional routes, they they bring people to the metro or connect the two districts together, "said Alexei Mityaev, deputy head of the Moscow Transport Department, to the Vesti-Moscow program.

The third type of routes is social. Their numbers will be designated with the letter "C". They will take passengers to schools, clinics and other socially important facilities.

The website of the Department of Transport will collect suggestions and complaints from passengers about new route networks. In the future, the Magistral system will start operating throughout the city.

one of the more important things, that took up a long time were the turnstiles on the busses or tam. because one could not get the passengers to get off a bus or tram at the back doors and enter at front and middle doors. or in at the right side, out at the left side. they are like sheep all in at once and all out at once, and that causes a mess.often it takes me 2 stops with the us on one line, 2 stops than on another line to get to a destination. and to go back, i have to pay 4 times.so much for convenience...but the most important thing is time. busses MUST have their own dedicated lane. maybe that can also be used for Taxis, the Ambulance and the Minibusses. AND the traffic lights must be switched and operating to such a mode, and it can be done, it is done for instance in Austria, that public transport has always green. From Strogino to Shchukina there are 7 traffic lights. and during rush hour there is EVERY day d backlog of 10 or 15 trams. and the busses sit in the traffic jam. why should i take the public transport? or ,while i was still working, during weekdays i had to leave 45 Minutes earlier, sitting in the traffic jam.at least they made the tramlines that way that no more cars can drive there and hold up the trams as well.FINES for holding up public transport, bus or tram, does not matter, should be increased 20 times. every tram or bus driver, like anyone else, has a smartphone, make a photo, send it to the transport -park-. and from there it should go straight to the traffic police. and one gets a nice letter after a week. same when one drives over the speed limit on the highway or goes over a red traffic light.
and not related here, but have you seen the news on Kutusovsky prospekt? horrible... and the bigger and -blacker - the car, and that includes the guys with their fancy blue flashing lights, should be pulled off the road, the key taken away and let them walk for 6 month. besides having to pay a NICE fine...

nor out here, not one... and the bus from Strogino to our dacha is stuck at the traffic jam, like any other car... of course not the -black ones -. they use their flashing lights and just fly all over the MKAD.or the bus from Strogino to Shchukino or further on to the Leningradskaya.

and it was a -balloon- to see it there is a need and how it will work. it was the -C11- who runs between about 10 hospitals, Polyclinics, and other social institutions ( Moi Dokumente, Pension Office and the likes) .
