Russia has no US dollars in the reserves fund.

In another fund they sold off all the dollars ,in the foreign reserve total in the first post I believe they still old dollars.
It's still very impressive all the money they have in their coffers, from when Putin took over the country was bankrupt, begging the IMF for money ,now the coffers are overflowing, the spending taps are to be opened soon.
All in all Russia is debt free, if the government paid off its debt they would still have about $350bn left.

They have a few funds I think ,its hard to keep up with them all.

"Russia is cutting the U.S. dollar from its $186 billion National Wealth Fund as Washington continues to impose sanctions on Moscow.

The move was announced at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on Thursday by Finance Minister Anton Siluanov. "Like the central bank, we have decided to reduce investments of the NWF in dollar assets," he told reporters, according to a Reuters translation, adding that the NWF will instead invest in euro, Chinese yuan and gold assets."
