and just because it says pork or beef or lamb does not automatically mean it is MEAT! a pig , cow or sheep has also a SKIN, fat and a few other parts better not mentioned here.
for me still goes, water minimum on third place of the -ingredients -list. with pork there must be the word meat mentioned, can be shoulder or belly or whatever...
no plastic- but only natural casings.
and the kilo price must not be less than a kilo of fresh pork meat.
where do we find such sausages? unfortunately it is out of town. at the GLOBUS hypermarket, out on Minsk Highway...
