and as usual, just because they are in the black today, or this batch is, does not mean they will be -bad- all the time.
one thing though is for sure. i never buy ANY marinated meat, might that be beef or pork or chicken, for making shashlik... because there all of them are using -second freshness - ( who was watching Master and Margarita knows what i mean..) meat.
