i,and a few others that i know and got the jab, knew that all along...100 Million dosed Russia can deliver. so the EU must go -please. pretty please - to their American overlords. and maybe the Moderna and AstraZeneca and Biontech disaster will come to an end.

And add to this that when a British factory could not produce for whatever reason, then one of the company's EU factory's did step in with some vaccine to fill the gab, and when the British factory was up again and they were about to return the favour Boris told them "British vaccine are for British", so that vaccine stayed in Britten, so some governments in the EU are a bit pissed on Great Britten. One point to Boris and zero to the EU.

when i was i nMoscow on the 23rd of January for my first shot, it was the other way around. including me, i am 70 this year, we were all older people for the shots.could that have been that is was just a -normal - poliklinik? where even under -normal - circumstances one sees -old - people only? by the way INVITRO also does vaccination now for covid. and also after the second shot a whole bunch of tests... ( it is still i my inbox. because there is so much to read. and i have not come to their PRICE yet... CHEAP for sure they will not be.)

Yesterday I've received e-mail and SMS from mos.ru about the nearest free queue vacсination point, besides usual polyclinic - Columbus mall at m. Prazhskaya. The same for my wife, we both have mos.ru accounts.

Sputnik V - will be checke and tested by the EU-. ( from every Austrian news rag...) well when or if they are finished with their checking and testing, and recommendation the pandemie will be over? Austria is supposed to get 5 Million doses, sometimes in APRIL...

dont think this has anything to do with the --red danger -- ( -rooi gevaar- as it was called during my South African time). it is only a question who can deliver and who not. AstraZeneca can not. and neither can Modena.And it is not the vaccine alone. those companies are also depending on THEIR suppliers to get and deliver things that are being needed to produce the vaccine. And one needs the syringes. cartons for the glass vials. and what not else more. a biddy little country with a few little companies are just not capable of doing this.
on the other hand, ( to bad it was a german language clip at an Austrian newspaper,Oe24...) i have seen a comment about the EU and AstraZeneca contract. AstraZeneca has the EU by the short and curlies. Astra can do anything, but have to do nothing. and the EU can only PAY. if such a contract would have been produced during -normal times - any reasonable savvy bookkeeper will send them packing...
does not surprise me the EU and now already individual countries by themselves, are looking for alternative supplies. ( Hungary,an EU member and Serbia,non EU are only two that come to my mind)

and soring some of the stuff at MINUS 70 C or more is even more a headache for some communities out in the -Tundra - or -Savanna - were there might be no electricity. And dry Ice does not last for that long a time...

Yes, and the only other vaccine at present that can be stored at warmer temperatures has got some bad press in south africa as not effective against their mutant virus.

Ukraines position is not looking good at snubbing Sputnik. The EU has banned exports of vaccine, plus one of their vaccines could be knocked out.

since i posted it here already, and it is also all over the news, from EURONEWS, i nall the media and newspapers, it is ASTRAZENECA... and the main problem is not their new -superbug-, but as even a South African newspaper wrote, (The Citizen, i have a link to that article) it is also far less effective on people with HIV. And THAT is a big problem for the ANC South Africa Government, because HIV is most present on the poor black population. Something they big mouthed in the beginning of their election campaign, they will eradicate.
