    AIUI, only folks with Russian residency can enter.

    Good question. I did a google search but couldn't find a clear answer. Travel into Russia from some countries have opened up. From 27 Jan flights to and from Vietnam, India, Finland and Qatar are open. It's hit and miss. I have a daughter here who is flying to the UK and will need to sit in a hotel for 10 days to quarantine.

    there was a news item today,Tuesday, on the early TV news,Moscow 24.. and they recommend do not buy or book plane tickets more then one month in advance.
