Nope. If Russian authorities didn't arrest him at the airport then there wouldn't be mass protests. The government caused this and they knew very well about mass spreading event will happen. So who is a moron?

If 10,000 mass gather, there could be 1000 that get the virus. 1% of them could die. so 10 dead. (even if they are young, they can give it to others on metro etc.)

He is also double asshole as the banker puppets in the west are looking for any excuse to impose sanctions on Russia for geopolitical purposes, now they have some fig leaf excuse. But these sanctions just hurt the little people of Russia.

Yes, follow the money, and that may be exactly what the Russian government had done, and it may have revealed that the money comes from foreign sources = Navalny is a paid spy/riot maker, that may not end well for him, and he may even had forgot to inform the tax authority about the income too.
