Is it not the case that they are just protecting their own gang members. Done so even in a blatant way.

LOL! I was listening to some of the rioters who had recently assaulted the Capitol and who had attacked Police officers etc, they were asking Trump to pardon them as they had been there at his request!

I think they will be lucky as Trump is not interested in the common man or woman!

He is only interested in himself, some of his family and the now highly toxic Trump brand!

They are reporting that he is going to pardon himself, his daughter, eldest son etc as well as other people, so I guess he can pardon whom ever he wants!

No mention of pardoning his wife though!

Yes it is strange he did not pardon himself, it appears to be an option, same goes for his family, why didn't he pardon them, he do not have to state anything else than they are pardon for any crimes committed in a certain times-span, he do not have to name the crimes, so why didn't he do so? I am afraid he just believe that they, and himself, had not committed any crime whatsoever.

That's why he didn't pardon Assange, McConnell threatened him that if he did he would be impeached. Nobody said anything about a pardon for himself or family.

No Assange did not break the law, why didn't the charge people at The New York Times, they published it too?
Assange didn't hack anyone, he got his stuff from leakers. The US is trying to prove that Assange told Manning to get more info that's all. Assange is a hero of humanity.
