Thread: it is going to be cold in Moscow. and the forecast is VERY kind.. On TV or Internet they think it will be much colder .

    it is going to be cold in Moscow. and the forecast is VERY kind.. On TV or Internet they think it will be much colder .

    and they are not talking about -Omyakon - i nSiberia where it has down to 65 C... at least one good thing? because it is so cold no or very little snowfall is expected..

    -22 C at 6 in the morning when Jhinn and I went out for our 1st tour... - 18C and on and off sun now at 2.30 when Jhinn and i went out for the 3rd tour...

    that is one thing i dont understand. EVERY summer hot water is being turned off to -service the system-. and every year pipes blow up. suppose someone needs work all year round?
