but the best mask does not help when you pull it out from your -dirty - coat pocket. have it hanging on the cars rear view mirror. seen in many cars in town. or wear it on your arm like a -bracelet- all day long. and just put it on out of fear to get a fine for not wearing one. Or not let into a shop or restaurant. Or bank or any other public building or transport. Where mask are a - must wear -. I think to wear a CLEAN mask is more important than what type of mask one is wearing?

The real purpose of the masks - why the government so desperately wants you wearing them - has nothing to do with protecting anyone from disease.

To protect the politicians from seeing the ugly faces on plain ordinary people when they hear about the latest BS from the lawmakers.

They inhibit public communication, understanding, and even solidarity. They work to isolate the public from each other, including in any sense of political unity against existing government. They serve as a mark of fear, and are meant to keep us in constant fear, and to look to the government to save us from an invisible enemy. I imagine that if we could see and hear each other, other things besides words would come into play to help us understand each other, such as tone of voice and facial expression. But the masks remove facial expression from the means of understanding each other altogether. Masks are a great way to retard any opposition to government measures against their own peoples.

Unless the masks are used in the stringent, CDC manner they ought to be used in, they are utterly useless, and what's more, dangerous. They maintain bacteria that our body is actually trying to expel, including old-fashioned regular non-COVID stuff that we breathe in all over again. But we are not the CDC, and it is not practical to either constantly wear a mask, or wear-and-remove, wear-and-remove. Heck, doctors only wear them for limited times, at work. The governments would have us wear them 24/7.

THOSE mask one should not wash. they are -one way - use. by the way in Austria or Germany the recommended that you do not throw those masks in the -paper - trash. but into those containers where everything will go to the incinerator.. as -Sondermüll- that will not used for recycling...
