Apostilled divorce paper...now , should it be translated and notarizd?

I have the apostilled divorce paper, hopefully its considered good, its less than sixty days old, do I now need to get it translated and notarized?

If you get an 'Affidavit of Eligibility to Marry' paper from your embassy then it needs to be certified by Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

it needs to be translated and have the stamp and signature. Any - foreign langauge document- that is for - official use - has to be translated into russian langauge. the apostille stamp and signature will tell the local notary that the document he translates was an official document issued in your country. and not some copy of a copy of a third fax...
