the main reason for buying instant coffee, i do as well, is being fast and convenient. and for the rest, well, a lot is also up to one's individual taste. and which is a good instant coffee? there is a link in the article.
i like lots of coffee but not strong one. and i get up VERY early, so i dont want to make to much noise...so i make my coffee one third instant, one third, chicory and one third - staraya melnitsa - wich is roasted and ground barley.this is the coffee my grandmother used to make in Austria...and i like it that way. ( though no instant coffee that time, but 1 teaspoon of real coffee beans, coffee was very expensive when i was a kid....)
There is no greater treasure then pleasure....
