How to ask for a sample at a fresh beer place?

By "fresh beer place" I mean the place where you get a plastic bottle of beer directly from the tap. I have learned from experience that either the brewer makes a bad batch, or the place doesn't keep the beer cold, spoiling the beer.

I went to one place and asked "mozhna abrazyets?", and the barman looked a but quizzed at it, although he did give me a sample.

i never buy at these places because i have seen at the back how things are being handled. and taken care, or better NOT taken care, of.
