guys, I dont understand, what is Russia Quarantine Rule?
all people in Russia must be Quarantine in their house or only people who infected to Covid19, ?
Because I read a news punishment could be up to 5 years jail, So this punishment is for who? infected people only or all people in Russia must be Quarantine?

Only people who have come from abroad are for 14 days, I know 2 people that are.

Unless you are a VIP, then other rules will be enforced if you want VIP benefits, like passenger-lists get lost so unfortunately they can't trace all passengers (included the VIP's) on a plane from a "very infected country" where a showed signs of corona.
