We have a guy that all year around do exercise in shorts and shoes only, in winter he add a small hat, and if it is more cold also mittens, he maintains his routines without a missing the beat.

We are located close to the ring road, the sound from that is reduced.

We do get some public announcement from a loudspeaker located on a local school about that we should stay inside, these announcements appears now and then without any systematic interval. They had been taken down the old loudspeakers from buildings along our street and they must have been replaced by these new ones at schools, on the other side of our building there is an other school with a loudspeaker too, so when we hear the announcement from that side it is mixed with the announcement from the other side and you cant understand anything because of echos.

Hans, you could make your own announcements, just open the window, hook up a microphone to an amplifier...

Because virus is have a nice time when it is cold, do not prevent it for operating in warmer climates too, humidity is an other factor to count into the equation.

In a year or two we will know much more about this virus and how it performs.
the only thing that will really kill it is 90C dry heat. more or less the same that you have in a sauna. but there must be no humidity. therefore NO Russian Banya, but the Finnish dry heat Sauna.. or so the newspaper said.

Sorry, my Rock-band jargon - "amplifier" to a musician means the Fender, or whatever, box with the amplifier and the loudspeaker, where you plug in mics, guitars, keyboards...

And musicians also call an amplifier a "head", a lot of misunderstanding in the musicians world when it comes to naming and understanding things, do we have to put in the word tube/valve and the dog fight is started.

We call the ones you sing through a PA, public address system. If it's big enough the whole band plays through it.
If you trust the government you obviously failed history class. " George Carlin"

If it was two-part big amp, like a Kustom or Vox, we would call the top part, the amplifier part, the "head." Sometimes we called the guitar, an "axe". "Bring your axe and amp to the gig." They shortened "microphone" to "mike," but spelled it "mic".

I still have an 18" JBL speaker I got at an auction last year. I think it has a 10 kilogram magnet on the back.
