and most of things build or constructed now by our present city head, were planned, implemented or begun under Lushkov's term...
RIP a good, though controversial man.

Buried in a closed coffin after an alleged heart attack. Very strange and suspicious. Anyway, the hearse race has commenced in earnest, just like before the USSR collapse.

Why? Sobyanin is the Mayor since a few years already.Taking credit for everything that was begun already many years before him.
Though should it happen that something is -shit - it is being plastered all over the place that it was of course the previous administration and he had nothing to do with.
Baturina is in control of the construction empire still. Nothing to race to or follow up..
And since JM held no official position, nothing to fill there either.
For his beloved bees, he for sure would have installed also competent people long ago...

You will see, Ben. It is a great Russian tradition - the hearse race - гонка на лафетах. A brief synopsis of the previous great hearse race is here: https://aif.ru/society/history/gonki...elikih_pohoron

The new hearse race has officially commenced. In closed coffins. Mmmmmmmm... An interesting touch to the old Russian tradition.
