    ROSKONTROL, cheese testet a little bit different then usual

    they bought cheeses from ONE company in different shops. from the cheapest to the - better ones -. and only one cheese got not - green lable -. this was for techical infringement, not accurate description of fat i.T.,that is. no milk powder was used, no soy, no palm fat,only cow...also interesting to read up what about Nitrates and why they are being used...

    I love to do -toasted ham and cheese- ( or bacon) for breakfast. Poshehonsky and Maasdam are the only two cheeses i buy. Both of them are sliced.And the packs can be re sealed again until next use.
    There is no greater treasure then pleasure....

    what the pic there shows is for sure no emmental cheese. it is somethign HE thinks is Emmental, but it is not. this is Emmental. https://ru.images.search.yahoo.com/s...g&action=click
