one would assume so. because codes are international. and i do not think the traffic controllers around the world will want to learn everything new. but what about the pilots?

well, i do not smoke so i am no expert. but i have read that is not the ,clean, tobacco that would be the killer. but all the chemicals in the cigarettes, the Aceton in the filters. and the other gunk they put in there to make it good smelling and not - stinking-.

Not so much the pronunciation, just the name itself. It’s not as if Krasnodar has more than one airport. I also wonder (briefly) why they chose as the new name Екатерины II when they could have used the historical name Екатеринода́р. Still, what is life without change.
