Russian multientry visa stamps - adjacent pages necessary?

    Hi all,
I have a multi-year visa with about a year left to go.
When issued it was put on a page in my passport with only 4 blank pages after it, and now the space for stamps is coming to an end.
Will they just stamp nonadjacent pages in future or must all the stamps from one visa be on pages directly following the visa itself?

customs or whoever puts in stamps will find an empty space and put their stamps there. (I have 3 full passport with visas and stamps all over the place...)
There is no greater treasure then pleasure....
