    Changing from Beeline to MTC

I am with beeline and thinking of changing to MTC.
Do I need to visit beeline office to let them know I want to cancel.

Reason why, the MTC tariff of just 500ru a month, no limit looks a good deal, compared to my 900ru with beeline.

Beeline 4g around Moscow is very good, is MTC the same?
Do any of the others offer better deals.

No, you have to visit only MTS, the rest is done by them
    https://media.mts.ru/internet/123907/#top
    Pls pay attention for conditions
    1) No debt on the number
    2) You have the number contracted to personally yourself (not corporate, not to wife, friend or colleague)
    3) The number is only federal (9xx, not 495/499 landline prefixes)
    4) Passport with registration, RVP, VNZh to bring with you.

    Excellent info Andy.
    Thanks

From the link you provided.. (translated)

"Everything will go like clockwork only if the room is decorated for you"

    It sounds so poetic

Finally I've found the source phrase Все пойдёт как по маслу только в том случае, если номер оформлен на вас.

Don't use online translators, they trick you (intentionally?)

Google: "Everything will go like clockwork only if the number is decorated for you".
Microsoft: "Everything goes on smoothly only if the number is registered to you".
Yandex: "Everything will go on smoothly only if the room is decorated for you".
WhatEver?: "All will go on wheels only in the event that number is issued on you".

Common sense will be?: Everything will go smoothly if the number is registered to you, any other case = "Forget about it".

Two times I had been buying a phone in a mobile phone branded shop (BeeLine and MTS), with contract and all stamps and signatures, just to find out later when I wanted to cancel the subscription that the number was not registered to me but to someone else, so I could not cancel the subscription, I just stopped paying.
Very strange, I had all the paperwork i perfect condition, but their computer tells them that I was not the rightful owner, I had payed for years, use the personal office on their homepage for the number all worked very well.

Strange indeed. Many years ago I was buying Motorola 3x88 with Beeline label, but left the SIM to seller, and no papers, no data. Later on I've reassigned my numbers from corporate tariff to myself as a private person, everything works.
