What another of Tolko's beloved FBI leaving? But the people in the FBI are so good? They don't lie, they don't break the law.

If you are above the law, if you are the law, how can you then break the law?

The problem with Washington is that there are a million laws, and they are selectively enforced, by political affiliation. Or enforced depending on age, cl**** gender, ethnicity, sexual practice, immigration status, or race.

Anyone can be targeted for their political, scientific or world views by charging them with a federal Election violation, or an IRS violation, or a Classified Information transgression.

If not breaking the actual law, then conspiracy to violate the law, or racketeering (conspiracy with 2 other people). Conspiracy can include conversations, postal letters, meetings, phone calls, emails or even tweets, I suppose.

If not breaking the law or conspiring to break the law, then one can be charged with "Obstruction of Justice" by answering the same question on two different occasions with slightly different recollections. Or "Tampering with Witnesses" by talking to your friends.
