WW1, what to cook and what to eat, when there was nothing to have

a very interesting film, in German language, how housewives, mothers or grandmothers had to cope with feeding a family when the larders and shops and markets were nearly bare. it is a -new- film but done in an authentic kitchen with a wood burning stove and original pots and pans. And ingredients that were available at that time. The old lady who is doing the cooking was actually doing it during WW2 which in the end was not much better.

( 100 years ago was the end of WW1 and the - peace- agreement was signed. It is well known now that the condition the Allies put on to Germany and Austria was the beginning of WW2)
There is no greater treasure then pleasure....
