Hi there. If you need a place to spend time or weekends there is a nice one. The AVIAPARK shopping mall. Almost 400 000 square meters of total space. Dinamo and Aeroport subway stations lie within walking distance. Hodynskoe Pole subway station will be opened 100 meters from Aviapark. There are more than 500 stores and a four-story aquarium that extends to the ceiling of the retail section, entertainment center with one of the biggest multiscreen movie theaters in Russia, indoor ice skating rink, restaurants and food court, 2-level parking with 7,000 parking slots in it. The address - Khodynsky Bulvar 4, Moscow, Russia

Most importantly, it has QUALITY options at all the price points and income levels, from oligarch gold diggers to the tadjik maintenance workers who actually do the digging. And that applies to the food court options as well.

You really can't find THAT variety of shopping options under one roof in any other place in Moscow. Bravo, aviapark!!
I am fascinated by Russia, this country with frigid weather, hard souls, and hot girls!

Looks like a must visit place in winter. Is there a direct connection between CSKA and Dinamo station?

Kind of, you have to still go outside to make the change but it's free so yes.

i think the best part of the avia park complex is the actual park outside. they did a bang-up job. the pond is built to be super natural and you can actually swim in it but it has filtration and is really clean. plus they have new playground equip and a free tennis court +other stuff. its super fun.

as to the shopping center- its kinda too big. if you don't go there often, you may not know where to go and its soooooo big it takes sooooo long to get from one place to another.

i guess it is the largest/biggest shopping mall in all of europe.

one thing is for sure. if-when you go shopping in these places you walk out with much more then you need and 3x the amount you wanted to spend. the rags and shoes are all made in China and one pays just for the convinience and even more, a brand.
