    Registering a domain name

if you plan to change a domain name ownership at some point in time after registering, is there a best one to register with in Russia?

I read somewhere that some places are more bureaucratic than others to change this.

Are you wanting to change the owner of the domain (I assume that's yourself), or just change the registrar?
Government is like Fertilizer. A little is good, too much is a pile of crap.
