    What is the difference between шашлык сьвиной - корейка & мякот?

    What is the difference between шашлык сьвиной - корейка & мякот? I went to a newly discovered restaurant near my place (seems to be run by some non-Russian, darker-skinned ethnicity), and was given this choice. I ended up choosing мякот, and it seemed to be regular шашлык сьвиной.

    шашлык сьвиной - корейка & мякот?
    the first can be cut from any part of the pig. shoulder, leg, belly, anything that has meat but no bones.
    the second - корейка- can be with bones but need not be. It is just that the loin is a more expensive cut than shoulder or the likes.
    - мякот - if it is in connection with - корейка- it is pork loin without the bone. but will not be from the center cut but from the end. more to https://yandex.ru/images/search?text...=simage&lr=213 where it says the middle picture on the second row, pork -neck-. At least that what it is understood in real and honest kulinaria.
