Looking to travel to Estonian coast - any recommendations?

It's about that time for me to do the old visa run, so I will be going to Estonia. And unlike in the past, going to Narva for a just a few hours and then coming back the same night, I want to go somewhere and stay a night or two. I suppose I could do that in Narva but I wondering if I should try some other town that is served by bus service to St. Pete. A place with a nice park in the woods would be great - but I have to be able to get to it somehow by bus/marshrutka.

We had an amazing experience back in the early 90s when Estonia was still a Soviet Republic....we sailed out of here on a yacht to Finland.....crazy story .....but that's for another time.....wonderful place

if for any reason you want some more or have time on your hand. this is another place to have a good time. though it is in Latvia. But the three countries are so small. it is just a hop from here to there.

Lahemaa (sp?) national park is about 120 km from Narva. Don't know about transport. YOu may find things nearer to Narva if you just want to relax at seaside though.

Eh, I just made it easy and will go to Narva for 2 nights. For this trip, I'll go see the castle and whatever else, but on future trips, using Narva as a base, I wonder if I could take a marshrutka to some of the beach or forest areas (I presume that LKA means forest?) I wonder if chicks there get into the whole Ivana Kupula thing; that would be enjoyable to see.

When I was in Estonia two years ago, I took up an excursion to the northern coast. As far as towns go, there's not much there, but I remember stopping by some interesting manor houses.
