    I live in Cheboksary was wondering if any other ex pats are there to meet for a beer and chat sometimes

    I do often visit Cheboksar, since my wife was born there. Will be there by July 2nd week.

    I visit Cheboksary biannually in the summer months and around the winter holidays. I am from Russia myself but have lived abroad for most of my life and find it easier to socialize with expats. Message me if you're down to meet up.
