If you are asking a general question , how long it takes to build this style of house, turn key meaning you have the money and a good crew to build, I'd say about 5 months, May to September.

It's more about the materials. There are high-tech materials now which allow to build a house within 2-3 months. This house looks like it, or I am mistaken.

It could take as little as 3 or 4 weeks depending on the kind interior you desire. When I was young I worked building homes and we could put up the wood structure with the roof on in three days. I once help my friend build a barn that was actually bigger than his house in one day. There were about 15 of us. A barn though has no water or electricity which makes it easy. It's the foundation and all the water and electrical fixtures that time. Oh and interior walls but if you make them out of wood too it could be quicker. This house also has few windows which can speed things up a bit but leaves you with dark rooms it the daytime.

I think Judge is on good footing here... After thinking about it for while today, I think it was about a 5-6 month build. Mind you it was about 10 years ago,..so not built with the 'high-tech' materials..
Great little house and piece of land. Many good times there over the years

Eco-friendly houses (they called "каркасные" in Russia) were common 10 years ago. That is what I mean by "high-tech". The technology is imported from European countries, or Canada (as I heard). I see you don't like the idea. My husband wants to build a house like that, so I just was curious.

Nothing at all against the idea!-)) I just don't remember anything being too obviously hi-tech about the build..but then again I don't build houses for a living ..so I could be wrong
