    work permit/visa

Hi, If anyone is a visa expert (or knows one):

I currently live and work in Moscow. I'm trying to live here half time here and half in US.

I currently receive a work visa/work permit once a year.
Can I receive the work visa/permit if I'm here part time? What is the minimum time to live here and still get the annual permit/visa?
Or, are there other visa options for working here part time?

    Thanks for any help, Rob

Hi, will the company you work for that issues you the work permit be ok with you living half the time in the US, will you be still working for them?
Your profile says you're an American,
You could get a 3 year business or tourist visa which allows you stay here six months and then you must leave for a day and then come back anytime, but on these visa's you can't work here for a company.

The company you work for should be able to find out this info .

    Hi Judge,

I own the company, my plan is to primarily work from Moscow because that is where most of my clients are so I will need to reside there for most of the year. Basically what I need is a law firm which specializes in setting up companies in Russian which may petition foreign workers for employment visas. I'm an American permanent resident, citizen of Canada and Israel.

    Best,

    R.
