Quite easy.
From the main page of ulmart.ru, around the top left corner, there is the name of your city/lication, point-underscored (Москва in my case).
Clicking on it, you get a big sheet of Ulmart locations, by regions of RF.
Clicking on Адлер (Ура!) on this sheet you get sub-website of Adler. Ура! means Hurray!, the shop just opened.
On the top you see their phone number +7861... , right to it Адреса и контакты.
