    Good to be careful. I assumed the law doesn't apply to me because I provided my US passport when obtaining RF citizenship. That means the Russians know. So I'm not worried about it.

    Thanks xt-tsi, I'm inclined to think the same.

    Have you travelled in/out of Russia using both passports much? That's the part that worries me if I haven't notified them I have another passport.

    Russians with two passports have NO problem.

    My wife and two daughters have been traveling in and out of Russia with two passports for 20 years. I've been doing the same for the past two years. No problem at all. If anything, it can be faster upon arrival in Russia.
