That looks like where the Japanese place used to be.
Shearing piglets for too much sqealing and too little wool.
Chinatown in Philly is just north of the CBD at 16th & Market Strs. Little Italy is in South Philly and comes complete with Italian Market and mobsters, like "Skinny Joey" Merlino

Life is tough pilgrim, it's even tougher if you're stupid
There is no greater treasure then pleasure....
1000s are, but not sure if they are interested in cooking it themselves
Places like Druzhba are packed weekends,very busy with locals and Chinese..

Если жизнь тебя обманет,
Не печалься, не сердись!
В день уныния смирись:
День веселья, верь, настанет.
Сердце будущим живет;
Настоящее уныло:
Все мгновенно, все пройдет;
Что пройдет, то будет мило.
Thanks for the tip. I will go check it out and hopefully stop moaning about the lack of Chinese food (why must I crave chow fun every time I'm hungry?)
It's amazing how I never miss Chinese food when I am out of China. Even for longish periods of time! I constantly read posts by fellow expats how they try to find Chinese food joints in their home countries after they move back.
I think I can safely say that I could happily live my whole life without Chinese food![]()
