    Getting courier parcels through customs?

    Hello all,
concerning the new rules for getting parcels from couriers through customs for individuals, we now need to produce documents, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED?
I received this link in a text with six documents in Russian and an email address to send them to. Has anyone been though this?
    Here are the documents:

And here is the news story:

    Thanks for any help!
    Andrei.

on the top part it says -service to individual customers- is suspended.

on the bottom part it says -foreign companies tend to use DHL and the like. and says in the same instant BUSINESS mail/parcel deliveries are NOT affected by the new law.

and what is the big thing about -passport details-. when i go to the local post office to pick up anything, i always ahve to produce my passport for them to see that it is really me the person who gets the parcel. nothing new there. so why not at customs?
seems to me a lot of hot air that whole thing.
There is no greater treasure then pleasure....

    Thanks for your reply.
I have found out a little more, and actually it seems like you need a citizen of the Russian Federation to sign for them, and say the products are not for sale, and I am a UK citizen.
If you receive the goods as a company, as I found out earlier, you need to provide company paperwork and pay a large fee. I of course didn't have the said paperwork and the parcel was returned to the UK.
In brief it is a real problem.
And the express courier companies, according to the Moscow Times, are considering their responses with many giving the option to soon stopping deliveries.
