I'm here on a work visa as well (3 years as HQS - highly qualified specialist). My company mangaed to get an invitation from the immigration authorities for my 19 year-old daughter for three years as well as "accompanying family member".
Currently we are pplying for the Visa in Germany.
Looking at the online-visa application this type of visa is offered, so I think there should be now problem... well... in theory... this is Russia

You ask: "Can I add daughter to my work visa?", No you can't do that, she must have her own visa.

She may be able to get a visa because you have your work visa (accompanying family member).
In case you want to go that way then you should contact those that had giving your your visa (your employer), and make them assist you here too. The visa type to go for will be a business visa.

BTW. When and if she get her Russian citizenship then you should go and cancel her visa asap (technically she may have to leave Russia and return to archive this in the right way)
