    Real Estate Investing

    Is real estate investment possible in the Moscow area for foreigners? I'm thinking that regulations are pretty strict for foreigners, complete with lots of bureaucratic red tape, plus the possibility of getting outright ripped off. Still I'm curious as to other peoples' experiences/knowledge, if anybody has any. Thanks!!

    Same for Russians as for foreigners. Only close to the border regions there're some limitations for foreigners.
