It's the City Center. Almost everything is a walking distance away. A lot of cafes, restaurants, night clubs around.

and that is the past. now it is the FSB. maybe still some old faces, but even they are old now and sent out to pasture.

All the new pedestrian areas are right next door. Plenty of cafes and restaurants there. Expect more to come.
