    Diet or rather antydiet^-^

    Hello.
    I am interesting is there a diet which could help you not lose your weight but add a few kilos??

    Diet

    To lose weight a high protein diet will work with exercise. To get fat, eat as many carbohydrates and fatty foods as you can and watch TV ( try not to move too much )

    To gain weight and muscle, You need protein without all the fat of Mc DOnalds, (Heinz TUNA is a wonderful choice for this as it is very high in protein-but eat the cans with oil,.... a small amount of carbohydrates to supply the energy for workouts, vitamins, and vegtables so you don't get constipated.

    I would also suggest some DHEA which is a natural pre-steroid produced by your body naturally. about 30 to 40 mg. a day .

    This is much more healthy than steroids.

    MAny articles in the web about DHEA very good stuff.

    ALso Vitamin B complex with Royal Jelly is the best thing you use a a nutritional suppliment.

    besides ll that...

    try also this,
    beat up, with a blender over a pan with hot water,
    1/2 ltr dark beer,100 gr sugar and 4-5 eggyolks. beat it untill it is nice,thik and foamy.
    also known as egg nog or google moogle in russia. dark beer is good for you and the eggs and sugar are not to bad either. eat it with a big sppon or dip into 'savojardi' these italian biscuits you need to make tiramisu.

    Age. Just wait till you hit 40 or so. You'll gain weight just looking at a hamburger.
