In reality they've switched hot water off at Monday, 20th, and today late morning, 22th, switched it on again. So my heater worked only 2 days (20-21st). Viva Luzhok and his braza Sobyanin!

My hot water was back on when I got home this evening! Right on schedule - it was due to be off 14th-23rd May. So happy to see it again

Has hot water ever shut off in the winter due to lack of three weeks or so 'repairs' in summer anywhere in the world?

    the heat is on!

got my hot water abck. not that it matters as such to me sicne i have a boiler..
but the charge for hot water is far less than the electricity for the boiler.

BUT i was told not to celebrate to early, they could turn it off in August again for another 2 weeks ( this is not Moscow).
There is no greater treasure then pleasure....
