nice to be all lathered up, turn o nthe tap and only cold water....
well for shaving thai morning i quicklz boiled the water cooker...
than i checked here. it is not our term?
checked the main hot water... above us they do a -kap remont - and turned off the hot water. without saying anything.
they think it is SUNDAY and everyone sleeps until 10..
NOT ME... the dogs wake me up. they want to go out...

    A hot water heater helps.

we have a boiler. BUT for those few hours it is not worth switching it on.
special knowing who and why the hot water was turned off.
and indeed at 10 in the morning hot war was restored.
though from the 14th to the 24th of June, when it is our term the city will do their - repair - works, we will use the boiler.

We got an apartment that used to be owned by a guy with a more money than we have. He had a water heater installed, but the plumbing is sufficiently complicated that I've had to draw and hang a diagram to tell me which valves to open and close when. The ZheK plumbers totally refused to install a meter. So we are paying the old general rates. Honestly, it doesn't seem to make any difference. But we can get some low-pressure lukewarm water in the middle of summer in the shower...
