Hi!
Over the last 24 hours I've got to 2 incoming requests from new forum members to add them to my skype/icq list, "so that we can talk". I just want to know if other forum users are experiencing the same thing.

If this becomes a trend, I'd like to know about it. We obviously want members to contribute, rather than treat this as a Skype-contact site.

I got like 50 friend requests from random people I don*t know in the past 2 weeks and have about 300 unaswered messages.

I have no clue whether these extrasocial butterflies are part of the forum or not, but I can definitely state that these duckers are a bit annoying and make it hard to use skype for work.

It looks suspicious, on the other hand, when ugly and old (and married- in my case) men like myself and FatAndy start to get Skype attention from other girls. That's what we're talking about here.

Tools -> Options -> Privacy is the answer to all your problems - changed the settings ages ago and have lived happily since

No, I don't think I have. Why?

I only asked because some Users detail their Skype contact details on their Expat.Ru Contact Page in the User Panel.

I was just wondering if some 'sniffer' had trawled it from there. But, as you have not detailed your Skype address, I can only assume its been gleaned from somewhere else and that this site remains safe and secure
