where to get married

this may seem an odd question but im hoping smb can help me out.
i paln on marrying my russian girlfriend and paln on moving back to the UK.
Would it be better if i got married here or there?
Im not sure what visa she could get to come to the UK and start the residency process there so i was thinking a fiancee visa might be a good start.

if anyone has any input on my situation or advice, that would be great.

The big difference is that you are free to divorce in Russia within the first year.

I would say better in russia. Its gonna be easier for her to get the papers in UK after been married with you I guess...
