    Dunno... been there twice in 2007. Drove a Range Rover with Moscow plates and never been stopped at all... Loved the hotel (Art-hotel). Loved the people. Loved the girls. One of them took me one night to a romantic walk along the river. 'Twas really kewl! Oh, yeah... and to a pretty cool night-club. A bit on a modest side and unpretencious but cool... Didn't see any crime there... I guess it is there - it's just that I didn't see any...
