    restaurant business

My name is Thierry Cellerin , I'm french and living
in Moscow since 2 years . With my business partner
we had a very good idea about a restaurant , doing
something which absolutely doesn't exist in Moscow .
We should open the first one in the Atrium but it didn't
    worked out .

We have an investor which is ready to pay for the
all project , we have the cook and the waiters , the
marketing strategy , the design , the company and
many relations in the administration .

Unfortunately I lack of experience in the managing
restaurant business field , and our investor would
like for me and my partner to work for 3 - 6 months
in restaurant to learn the basis before working on
    another place .

So my point is if someone could find me a place were
I could work for a few months to learn how to manage
a restaurant business , we would find some way to
find both our interess in this business .

For more info , please send me a PM .

    NO C.V. PLEASE .

Six months is not really enough time to learn to manage fully, especially all the Russian laws, problems and shall we say peculiarities which are specific to this city and country.

I assume you would not expect payment for this training, would your investor pay the place where you will work?

I wonder what this idea was- perhaps a decent sandwich shop? Or a place that sells coffee to go?

    restaurant

    You'll understand I won't say what the
exact idea is , but for you to have an idea
it will be fresh "italian style" sandwich to go
but of course it is much more than that .

Yes I do speak russian .

For the salary , a basis will be request , my
investor will pay me also something .

How many years have you worked in Russia in HORECA? (And elsewhere)

Do you have a work permit?

italian style sandwich is the exact opposite of
    a russian style sandwich .
It is made with fresh ingredients , it is tasty .
if you see one you'll immediately 'll understand .

Of course i will not be more precise .

    Fair enuf!

Gourmet sandwich, you know lots of places like to call their wraps or sandwiches 'Gourmet' to distinguish them from traditional two slices of bread and cheese and onion,or whatever, filling, oh,and add an extra 10% to the price. Gourmet is argued as fresh, unusual, possibly, ingredients prepared to a special recipe.

Designer sandwich anyone? Perhaps an nice Boutique wrap?
