Is it standard in Moscow to pay one-month rent to the real estate agent as a commission fee? Who pays the fee, the landlord or the renter?

Thanks MissAnnElk.
Any suggestions for a good reliable real estate agent?
It's best to advertise your requirements and state no agents please. Unfortunately they will still call you. But hopefully you will still find a landlord or renter direct. Hence both parties avoid fees. And why do you need agents when there is so much demand on both sides anyway.
Thanks Bels. But we're not in Moscow yet, makes it a bit more difficult to place an ad. We're coming over in May for three days only, hoping to find and rent an apartment. Moving in mid July
Im taking 50% and will be very glad to help you.
Here are 2 different schemas of paying comission:
landlord is paying comission to his agent and you are paying comission to your agent (me 50%).Usually its with apartments in center which cost per month 50000 Rub and more;
you(unfortunately)is paying 100% with will be devided in between 2 agents.Usually with apts all over the Moscow cheaper than 40000 rub per month.
It can be exclusions but it depend on situation.
