There is a useful link in the beginning that helps to skip technical details and get to the practical recommendations right away.

-links- on the right side, the line in red and the others in blue, are not opening. so i check on the left side what i think is interesting for me and read up. it is well written without to much techical an scientific terms that even a layman can understand what one should do and what not.
