Dear Colleagues,

If somebody of you have any relation to the “Russian as a foreign language”, even as a former student,
I would like to ask you one question…

I am teaching Russian Language and Culture for foreigners
at MGU (MSU) and also privately.
Now more to Germans or German-speaking.

Generally I prefere “national” (“native speakers”) textbooks (at least for beginners and low middle level).
For example, I am teaching now mostly to Germans
and have exellent textbooks for Russian, written IN GERMAN and IN GERMANY.

The next time I suppose to teach more for English-speaking people.
So I am really curious about the best modern English “national” textbooks of Russian,
i.e. written in ENGLISH and in ENGLISH-SPEAKING COUNTRIES.

It’s also very important that those textbooks have inside or separated
GRAMMAIR ATTACHMENT according to their concret level,
as well as “Rabochaja tetrad’” – EXERCISE NOTEBOOK – for writing work…

If you have any suggestions on this topic for me,
or if you have one of those textbooks which you don’t need anymore,
I would appreciate you very much…

Aleks
